Privacy notice for demo requests.
This notice describes the information handled when someone submits the demo form on proofmetry.com. The public site has no user accounts, sample upload, product trial, or telemetry intake.
Information submitted
The demo form collects three contact fields
The form asks for a first name, last name, and company email address. It does not provide a free-text field or file upload. Please do not submit malware samples, credentials, telemetry, or other sensitive data.
Purpose and delivery
The details are used to handle the demo request
The site validates the submitted fields, verifies that the request passed its automated-abuse checks, and delivers the contact details by email to the configured demo recipient. The contact details are used to respond to the request and administer the private-preview process.
The form code does not write the submitted fields to an application database. If email delivery fails, the site records a generated request identifier for troubleshooting and omits the submitted name and email from that failure log.
Service provider
Cloudflare supports hosting, verification, and delivery
Proofmetry uses Cloudflare to serve the website, run the form endpoint, verify submissions through Turnstile, and deliver valid requests by email. Cloudflare may process connection and security information, such as an IP address and browser or request signals, when providing those services. Cloudflare describes its practices in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Retention boundary
Retention is handled in the recipient email system
The form does not keep a separate application-database copy. The submitted details are delivered to the configured recipient by email, and the website code does not set that email system’s retention period.
Scope
This notice covers the public website
Private-preview product deployments and customer-managed malware labs operate under separate engagement terms and customer controls. This website notice does not describe data handling inside a customer deployment.
Questions and requests
Contact Proofmetry about a submission
For a question, correction, or deletion request concerning information submitted through the demo form, email contact@proofmetry.com. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not attach malware, credentials, telemetry, or other sensitive material.
